lol. Good question. I’d say simply that understanding our true, underlying drives is critical to satisfying them. Money is a commonly confused motive. Our deepest motives all come from evolution, and money didn’t exist when our minds were being optimized by natural selection. So, I’m reflecting on what actually underlies the drive to work with the hope that it will help us find satisfaction.
